‘I am really pleased the Diocesan Mission Fund is supporting Ask JEF 2. These small grants for creative projects supported by children and young people will help them to engage their peers, build on the creative work that is already going on in the Diocese and bring gospel to fresh expression and effect with the age group of the church urgently needs to reach today.’

On hearing about JEF, Bishop Tom said:‘I am really excited about JEF. The Youth Evangelism Fund will give young people themselves the resources they need to engage their peers...

The church of England has launched  £1 million national initiative to connect young people with the christian message, with the support of a number of charitable trusts.

These are some of the projects supported by Ask Jef first time round. The maximum grant then was £2,000 - this time the fund is smaller and we hope to reach more groups, but these are some examples that might provoke your imagination . . ..
